Returns


We are happy to accept returns within 21 days of purchase for store credit.  All items will be able to be returned for store credit if the items meet the following terms.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, not worn, not altered, free of makeup stains, free of deodorant markings/stains, free of animal hair, free of smoke odor, with tags still intact and in the same condition that you received it. 

If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.

For Hygiene reasons, all Jewelry, hats/beanies, bralettes/bras and leggings are FINAL SALE.   

Gift cards are non-returnable. 

Exchanges:

We do not guarantee exchanges since we are a boutique and cannot guarantee that the size and style you need will be available once we receive your return.  If you need a different size, it would be best to place an order for that size as soon as possible.  We try to make that as easy for you as possible with our free shipping option. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  

All SALE merchandise (Anything marked 20% off or more), clearance merchandise, jewelry and all special orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.  Please allow 5 business days for processing.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit code (minus our cost of shipping) will automatically be sent to the email in which you checked out with unless otherwise noted.

Is there something wrong?:

For online orders: Please fully inspect your products upon receiving them.  You will have up to 3 days to contact us with any problems or defects you see with the merchandise so we can help you immediately.  If we do deem that your product is defective then you will be eligible for a refund (see eligibility details below).  However, we will unfortunately not be able to fully help you do not contact us within 3 days and the following eligibility conditions are met.  You can email us at luvcoleboutique@gmail.com. In-store purchases will be inspected by you (the customer as well as the sales associate upon checkout) therefore the 3 day inspection rule will not apply.

All items need to be returned within 21 days of purchase.  Any items that do not meet these requirements or are received by us after the return period will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (and only as long as we still have them in stock). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at luvcoleboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the defected item.  Please also include photos in the email of the damaged item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for store credit, the cost of shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.  You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package.  We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
